30-Day Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Exchange or Return for Store Credit
We provide a prepaid return label with no restocking fees when you choose to exchange your item or receive store credit. This is the easiest way to find the pieces that fit your home best.
Return for Refund to Original Payment Method
If you prefer a refund back to your original payment method, you are responsible for return shipping to our warehouse. A 5% restocking fee applies.
This small fee is not for profit — it helps offset logistics and payment processing costs and allows us to keep our pricing fair for all customers.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Final sale items, gift cards, and clearance items are not eligible for return.
- Damaged or defective items: please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
